After hullaballoo the film `Yaarivanu'.Neeve Heli is on silver screen and it is not impressive. The film with `A' certificate was in much news as the earlier title was `Satyananda' and contents were suspected on Nityananda Swami of Bidadi. The effort of Madan Patel in fighting the case and getting the film release is more than the effort he has put in for the film. Now the film has no change in the contents and it is just a change in the title to `Yaarivanu'. The first half of the film is self boasting of the image of Madan Patel and second half is the attack on `Fake Swamijis' - the film directly points to Nityananda Swamiji. Even a school going boy also agree that the second half of the film `Yaarivanu' is focused on Swami Nityananda. What is the net result of this film `Yaarivanu'? It is `Yamarabedro' - do not get duped. The second film of the week is also similar in contents. `Topiwala' final verdict on people getting duped from politicians while in `Yaarivanu' people are getting duped from such fake swamijis! With a long innings in cinema Madan Patel doing the multiple work of Story, screenplay, music, production, direction and acting is not convincing even in one department. For the selection of `Nityananda' role also actor Ravi Chetan is not apt. It seems the fast approaching election to the state assembly has made this multi talented Madan Patel to showcase his image. That is what he does in the first half as Madhav Swamy. He is a social servant helping poor and needy. On the advice and compulsion of a few he takes on the ill effects of `Dongi Swamijis' in the society. The major reference, location, ambience, activities what we have seen and heard of Nityananda Swami of Bidadi Ashrama is found in the film `Yaarivanu'. Already defamed Nityananda Swami from the clips in the internet and aftermath of that further gets a major onslaught from this film. How the cheating is done by Satyananda Swamiji is exposed. The trick of producing `Vibhuthi', sex in the name of Yoga, publishing the book by altering the Rajanish philosophy, inviting the foreigners, ministers, politicians, bureaucrats, businessmen, cinema stars to his Ashram and flourishing all over the world is recreated in this cinema. In the climax the film urge for the people to be careful about fake swamijis. The episode of sex tape of Satyananda and Angelina (in the film) is the one that reminds the similar incident exposed a few years ago in television channels. Ravi Chetan in the role of Satyananda has worked hard but not convincing. Madan Patel as social servant taking on `Fake Swamiji' is not that appealing. Mayoor Patel song Yamarbedro..is well adjusted. Muthuraj key assistant to Satyananda is quite OK. There is nothing much to boast about cinematography. A song in the `Ashram' is in good pitch. All those who know what happened in newspapers, television channels can skip this `Yaarivanu'. Score - 4/10
