Sajid Khan’s upcoming comedy caper ‘Humshakals’ is grabbing eyeballs for having wide cast, sexy ladies, funky music... But of late it has garnered a controversy as well... One of its songs "Caller tune" which is making waves among music lovers, is found to have connection with a Bengali film song. Composed by Himesh Reshammiya, the track is reportedly inspired from a popular 2012’s Bengali film ‘Khokababu’. The song titled "Soniye Tu" was originally produced by Rishi Chanda and both the song as well as the film was a great hit.

Copying the music from anywhere is not a new topic or new issue that is coming up...Long time back since ages this happening mainly in Bollywood movies. But shouldn’t the composer be humble enough to at least be thankful to the person who has originally made the music, after copying or in other words "taking inspiration"...?

Sources on behalf of Rishi Chanda argue, "Copying the music of someone without that person’s permission and then smartly tagging it with your name... Why people do so??? After copying also they don’t have courtesy to apologize or thank the person."
