This is not the first time we are hearing this. Sunil Shetty has once again threatened to retire from films. He did a similar act in the early years of his career. Then it was the issue of giving at least one hit. He wished to have one hit before quitting the film industry. After that one hit, he gave many others and the statement went down the drain.

He once again threatened to quit the industry when he started his entertainment company Popkorn. He claimed to be more of a businessman than an actor. He now threatens once again that he will quit from films from 31st March. He is doing this because he is tired of being a part of multi starrers where he barely gets some scope to show his work.

There aren't good roles coming his way as solo hero. He also wishes to spend some time with his children Athiya and Ahan. He also wants to spare time for his other work. As of now we would see him in Dharmesh Darshan's Aap Ki Khatir, JP Dutta's Umrao Jaan and Satish Kaushik's Shaadi se Pehle. Most of these films are completed and are ready for release. All he wishes is to grow as an actor. If he gets good roles his way he may not quit otherwise it is tata bye bye.
