The Kannada film 'Mathad Mathad Mallige' took off at the jasmine garden in Bellary is finishing a major schedule of 45 days from 11th September at Honnavara, Kumta, Thirthahalli surroundings says director of repute Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar.

The ill health of Dr.Vishnu has delayed this project by one month. Now Dr.Vishnu is fit the rest of 60 artistes including Suhasini Manirathnam are reaching Thirthahalli for 10 days schedule and then moving on to other locations informs Nagathihalli.

He was speaking to his close media friends on the launch of his 8th mega television serial 'Olave Namma Badhuku' that is all set to appear in ETV Kannada at 9 to 9.30 pm from 18th of September 2006. This is a switch over from Udaya TV to ETV Kannada for Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar as he was not able to cope up with the series of remake television serials hitting the small screen in Udaya TV. Pavithra Lokesh is a gynecologist and Suchendra Prasad is a radiologist in this mega television serial 'Olave Namma Badhuku'. Prior to 'Olave Namma Badhuku' Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar's 'Vataara' completed 1001 episodes in Udaya TV.

At the AKKA festival Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar's latest hit Kannada film 'Amrutha Dhaare' was screened with English subtitles. In Sagar theatre Bangalore this film starring Ramya, Dhyan and Amitabh Bachchan in guest role ran for 30 weeks and in the second run completed 100 days at Savitha theatre in Bangalore.
