Last year she was seen in four films and all managed to not just cross the 100 crore mark but also ensured that the crown of Numero Uno heroine was sitting firmly on her head. Circa 2014 and she is all set to have some busy times ahead again, what with the release date of her biggie with Rajinikanth, 'Kochadaiiyaan' been announced. In addition, she also has 'Finding Fanny' all set for 4th July release while Farah Khan’s 'Happy New Year' too is marching towards Diwali arrival this October.

"'Kochadaiiyaan' is all set to arrive on 11th April. It is in fact going to be the biggest release ever that an Indian film has seen. For Deepika, the film would also mark a major entry into the international arena. That's because unlike a regular Bollywood release in foreign territories, 'Kochadaiiyaan' would have a wider mainstream release due to Rajinikanth's roaring popularity internationally. The makers have huge plans for the film and the promotion would be getting into full gear now," informs an official from Eros.

For Deepika this would be an altogether new exposure since the film, which is directed by Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya, has been designed as a magnum opus with the kind of technology that was put into action for Hollywood biggies like 'Avatar' and 'Tin Tin'.

With Indian film industry breaking barriers as far as VFX is concerned, one now looks forward to the kind of high that 'Kochadaiiyaan' - which sees the coming together of Eros International and Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd - reaches on its arrival this April.
