Some time back it was reported that Shahid Kapoor has bagged a project by filmmaking duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K, titled Farzi`. Now here`s the latest update...

Sources claim that the makers have signed in Heropanti` famed beauty Kriti Sanon. It is said that when they narrated the script to the actress, she liked it and immediately gave her consent.

Both Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K were busy with another project, Happy Ending` starring Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D`Cruz. However, they simultaneously started the ground work of Farzi`, which deals with a financial racket with a love story blended in. The film will be shot in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad.

For the records, 'Farzi' means fake. Incidentally this movie gives a fresh pairing with the 'Haider' star and Kriti as lovers for the first time together.
