A co-production of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, tentatively titled ‘Crooked’ had been in the gossip circles for quite sometime now. The team, who were not at all satisfied with the title, has finally rounded over one that has put everyone’s mind at peace.

The film has been now renamed as ‘Game’.

The production team, sources revealed, had been hunting for another title from the day they started shooting. Either the title was not suitable or the one which did was not available. While nearly 50 percent of the film was complete, they still didn’t have a title and the team were very desperate for one.

In fact, according to Farhan, the title ‘Game’ was registered with Percept Pictures. However Shailendra Singh, Joint MD of Percept Pictures, graciously organised to transfer the title to Farhan’s production.

Bannered under Excel Entertainment, ‘Game’ is directed by Abhinay Deo.
