She made news when ‘Ishqiya’ entered big screens and garnered enough limelight for her performance in it. And now when the movie’s sequel is getting ready, buzz is that the talented actress won’t be in it at all!

Yes, our birdies said that Vidya Balan will not feature in ‘Dedh Ishqiya’ (title of Ishqiya’s sequel). For, it seems the beauty doesn’t have any role in the new script while Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi will continue their parts.

Adding more about the sequel birdies shared that the two actors will again fall in love, but this time with two different girls; unlike the original where both fell for Vidya.

Already the rumours were out about Madhuri Dixit being considered for ‘Dedh Ishqiya’. However it seems the actress has demanded huge fee and nothing is finalized yet. Currently Madhuri said to have Sanjay Dutt’s ‘Satte Pe Satta’ remake in her kitty. If everything falls in place she will be playing one of the two leading ladies.

‘Ishqiya 2’ without Vidya?? Hmmm seems like the essence has drained from the sequel… What say?
