At last the government of Karnataka has decided to inaugurate the Dr Rajakumar Memorial on November 29th 2014. For the inauguration evening the government of Information department has decided to invite Amitabh Bachchan, Rajanikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mammoory, Dr B Sarojadevi.

Dr Rajakumar memorial final shape is taking up for release after seven years and seven months of death of icon of Kannada cinema.

Karnataka Information minister R Roshan Baig briefing the media says on 29th of November the idol of matinee idol would be inaugurated and later the open air theatre will be declared open.

On the same day at Bangalore Palace the cultural program is taking place. HD Gangaraju committee has been set up to make a systematic event.

The inauguration that is taken up is only first stage of Dr Rajakumar Memorial. The museum, documentary and other works are coming up in second stage.

At the media briefing Dr Ambarish, Jaggesh, Tara Anuradha, Raghavendra Rajakumar, S Narayan, Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa, and Information director NR Vishukumar were present.

The welcome committee and cultural committee for Dr Rajakumar Memorial inauguration is set up in the leadership of Roshan Baig. Dr Ambarish, Umasri, Munirathna, Dr Jayamala, Thara Anuradha, Sandesh Nagara, Jaggesh, E Krishnappa, HD Gangaraju, Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa, Raghavendra Rajakumar, Kannada and culture secretary and other department heads to support the event in all respects.
