The international film festival to be held in Goa this year is screening Dr.Rajkumar, Bharathi, Balakrishna, Vajramuni, M.P.Shanker and others starring 'Bangaradha Manushya' in the popular cinema category as the opening film to show respect to the icon of Kannada cinema who died on April 12 2006.

'Bangaradha Manushya' directed by Siddalingaiah is one of the ever green films in the history of Kannada cinema. This film ran for two years when it was released in the mid 70's.

Dr.Rajkumar earned the title of the film in his professional life for his simplicity, acting potential and great degree of humanity. G.K.Venkatesh is the music director of this musical film with well crafted social film.
