Diganth in a novel based film

With steady progress in professional life Diganth in the last two years has done notable films like 'Ms California', 'SMS 6260', guest role in 'Mungaru Male' and a Deputy Commissioner in 'Meera Madhava Raghava'. He is looking for something great in the under production film 'Gaalipata'. He is paired opposite Neethu in 'Gaalipata' (also starring Golden star Ganesh, Daisy, playback singer Rajesh Krishna and Bhavana Rao) directed by Yogaraj Bhat of 'Mungaru Male' fame. But the news is that he is playing the lead in Krishnamurthy Nadig's 'Kareye Kogile Madhavana' (this is the song line of a Kannada film) based on top novelist Usha Navarathnaram's 'Hosa Raga' popular novel.

In 1992 'Hosa Raga' Kannada film made in which Hindi actor Pran, Shashikumar and Sudharani played lead roles. Now with the novel 'Hosa Raga' director Nadig has changed the title of the film. This is a musical film with flute playing the important role. That is the instrument of Lord Krishna and to suit the flute melody precisely for the film Nadig has roped in famous flute player Pravin Godkindi to scores the music for this film. Sneha Creations is producing this film while director Krishna Nadig has penned the screenplay and dialogues for the film.

KSL Swamee and some of the theatre artists are in the supporting cast of 'Kareye Kogile Madhavana'.
