Soundarya, the younger daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth is all set to tie the knot. She will marry Ashwin, son of Ramkumar, a Chennai based business tycoon.

Highly placed sources in Soundarya's film production company Ocher Picture Productions confirmed this to IndiaGlitz. They said a simple betrothal ceremony has been planned on February 17 in Chennai.

Wedding date will be announced later. "It is a love-cum-arranged marriage which will take place with the blessings of elders in both the families," they added.

Soundarya's sister Aishwarya married actor Dhanush a few years ago. However, Soundarya's choice is from a non-filmi background, it is to be noted. Her maiden production venture 'Goa' is set to hit the screens soon.
