Four films to her credit and one film released Divya Sridhar says she does not have a God father or anyone to guide her in film career forcing her to accept all sundry films. “I accepted the films with good intention that it would be completed at the right time but for a long time the films have been locking”, perturbed, she says speaking to media at the briefing of the film ‘Vichitra Premi’ in which she plays a Medical College student.

“I did ‘Aa…’ but it did not do well. I accepted a few more films that took different turn. When there is no mistake from my end what can I do. ‘Vichitra Premi’ also took over a year to complete. I am having high hopes on this film. Everything is good in this film. The role in ‘Vichitra Premi’ is close to my heart. I have ‘Saacha’ with newcomer Vickey that is releasing in two months”, she adds.

Divya Sridhar completing PUC in Madikeri, she came to Anekal taluk. It was Anekal Balaraj who spotted her talent in a dance program and suggested her name for the film.

“I have received the experience which I did not expect so early in the career”, says Divya Sridhar.
