The No.1 hero of Kannada cinema super power star Puneeth Rajkumar the ambassador of the 6th World Kannada conference of AKKA that was recently concluded at New Jersey addressing the 4000 plus gathering said he would take the responsibility bridging the gap of Kannada film and its market abroad.

”It is high time the market for Kannada films too is spread across the world”, said Puneeth Rajkumar. “Going to Bangalore I would discuss on the quick possibilities of Kannada films reaching the world market talking to the bigwigs of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce”, promised Puneeth Rajakumar. “There is market for Kannada films but it is not rightly tapped”, felt Puneeth in his address.

Actor cum politician Jaggesh, Navarasa Nayaka of Kannada cinema also present at the grand valedictory function at the 6th WKC remembered the slogan ‘Yeesa Beku Idda Jaisa Beku’. “We should make up our mind to see the films in theatres not in DVD’s. Then the demand in foreign market automatically picks up”, he felt.
