The top ranking Tamil films actress Trisha has agreed to play the female lead in century Shivarajakumar starring 'CM'...Not chief minister Kannada film in the direction of Raghuram who directed Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu.
According to sources the remuneration package for Trisha is over 80 lakhs for her debut Kannada film. R Shankare Gowda who made 'Kempe Gowda' recently and lost heavily from 'Just Math Mathalli' is producing the film.
A 'Common Man' - CM title of the film - is about the ordinary citizen rising to the level of chief minister against all odds. Raghuram says there is no politics in the film.
Raghuram directed Shivarajakumar in 'Cheluveye Ninne Nodalu' a big venture bombed for producer NM Suresh.
