Dr.Vishnuvardhana plays the title role in 'Sirivantha'. He was 'Hrudayavantha' earlier for producer K.Manju. He is now 'Sirivantha' for producer Rockline Venkatesh. S.Narayan who has given films like Suryavamsha, Simhadriya Simha, Veerappa Nayaka, Jameendaaru, Varsha all successful films starring Vishnuvardhana is directing this film.

The story, screenplay and dialogue for the film are provided by S.Narayan. S.A.Rajkumar is the music director and P.K.H.Das is the cameraman.

Shruthi the top heroine of Kannada films who has drawn back from usual Kannada films after her marriage and 100 films is opposite Vishnuvardhana once again. She was the heroine for 'Veerappanayaka'.
