The charming actress Daisy Bopanna has unnecessarily entered in to a controversy. Despite getting rave reviews for her role in 'Aishwarya' she is disappointed because the director Indrajith Lankesh failed to give prominence to the role he described at the start of the film says Daisy addressing the media persons at Green House restaurant on Monday evening. Director Indrajith Lankesh told me that I will be playing the role of heroine of 'Gajani' Tamil film. He did not do so and kept me in dark. I am hurt with this attitude pointed Daisy. Here afterwards I would not repeat the mistake of accepting such offers. When I took up my first film 'Bimba' for Kavitha Lankesh I was taken aback when I had to cuddle a baby and perform. I was worried a lot at that time too. I questioned to myself whether I have made a mistake in accepting the role of 'Bimba' at the beginning of the career. At the good career progress of Daisy Bopanna such observations were not expected.

As a matter of fact Daisy Bopanna convened a press meet to describe her performance in 'Sathyavan Savitri' but the controversy took the prominence. I am doing a very good role opposite Ramesh Aravind in 'Sathyavan Savitri' and signed a film for T series titled 'Toss'. On account of health problems I was not able to work for any assignment for eight months informed Daisy Boppanna. She is very much in Mumbai and quite happy with the career progress in her life.
