The runaway hit Kannada film 'Mungaru Male' that collected over 35 crores in 150 days sequel is on the anvil. The title of this film will not be 'Mungaru Male-II' but something else says cameraman of this film Krishna speaking to this journalist. The contents will be a take off from the last scene of the film. The idea to make a sequel struck the team members of 'Mungaru Male' in the middle of shooting. The concrete shape to start a sequel was arrived at very recently says Krishna the ace cameraman.

Producer E.Krishnappa of 'Mungaru Male' has objected to this title and that is the reason for us to think on an alternative. Most probably it will be 'Preetham Prem Kahani' – the hero of the film Comedy Time Ganesh name is Preetham in the film 'Mungaru Male'. Preetham is the one who has penned the story for 'Mungaru Male' and he will be making debut as director.

The major news is that actress Ramya is playing the lead opposite Comedy Time Ganesh in the sequel to 'Mungaru Male'.
