The senior director Saiprakash who attempted suicide on 13th February 2010 is recovered now. Coming before the media on Monday afternoon he tendered apologies for his mistake in life. The depression at the family front and professional level made me to take such dire step said Saiprakash.

The heavy losses he suffered from ‘Devaru Kotta Thangi’ is one of the reasons is not ruled out he says. The film made is Rs.5.25 crores did not bring back the investment. I had to sell a house in Abbegere plus three sites there and four sites in Hosur. I am still sinking in deep loans. I am paying Rs.2.5 lakh interest for my loan. From the industry front I have got some support. Sudeep has assured a film in November and Darshan agreed to work in my direction in February 2011. Saiprakash thanked Producers Vijayakumar, Prakash, Aradhya and Prashanth who came forward to help him in all ways. He also said he will need at least four years to clear his loans.
