The Kannada film 'Aa Marma' starring Saikumar and Jackie Shroff in lead roles has been declared as dubbed cinema in Kannada and as a result it will not be allowed to release on coming Friday says Karnataka Cinema Workers Federation President Ashok addressing the media.

Addressing the media Ashok attacked the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce as anti Kannadiga. Knowing well that dubbing is banner in Kannada cinema since 1960 the President despite of Anti Dubbing committee report has approved for the release is not tune with Kannadigas and the language.

It is all because they want to save the middle Mahesh Kothari the KFCC is divided. Mahesh Kothari has pumped money for the making of 'Aa Marma' to producer Madhusudhan and obviously he wants his return via television screening. It is only after release of the film in the theatres it is allowed for screening.

Cine Workers Federation President asks what happened to actor Saikumar, thriller Manju and a few others who have told the dialogues in non Kannada language.

The ruling of 1960 not to entertain dubbing films in Kannada is maintained with strict vigilance although it is constitutionally wrong. It has become the cultural policy of the Karnataka state says Ashok.

In case the film 'Aa Marma' is released in other parts of Karnataka the different Kannada organizations jointly stop the film from screening says Ashok.
