This is another case of father investing on son in Kannada cinema. Shanmuga Sundaram invested over one crore of rupees in the last 14 months on his son Vasanth to see him in flying colors in 'Akhaada' Kannada cinema. The audio of the film was released by flamboyant Sri Yogishwara Rishikumara Swamiji at GM Rejoyz.

Young and intelligent Swamiji told the masses why not Swamijis not see the films made. I saw the songs of this film today because Vasanth is my 'Shishya'. The learned Swamiji gave a lengthy speech on the state of Kannada film industry today. He urged everyone to promote Vashanth who is making his first step.

After an unsuccessful film 'Hrudayadalidenidhu' director Shivan is on a newspaper as his subject. He came to audio release from Chennai stated that first hero is music director Dharma Prakash, Second hero is Press Reporter in this film who runs throughout. Vashanth was raw. He was like a clean white paper I just painted on it. Nayana Krishna is good in home role. The film is a running cinema I hope it runs well in the theatres with everyone cooperation stated Shivan.

The debutant Vashanth has learnt action in the camp of Thavasi Raj and Ravi and he was given right training in acting by director Sivan.

From sexy outfits actress Nayana Krishna is in deglamorised role in 'Akhaada'. Weight of the character is important than the role says the rotund actress. I am in a traditional role and that is also very pretty stated Nayana Krishna. Actor Dharma plays a don who convert to positive angle in the end. The producer has given good hospitality and this type of producer should survive opined Dharma. Dharma Prakash music director for five songs is in his second film in Kannada.
