Akshay Kumar starrer 'Bachchan Pandey' is often in news these days. This time, its cause of the leading lady Kriti Sanon. The actress announced her wrap for the first schedule of the filming and also shared the first look of her character along with Akshay's character.

About her experience of working in this project, Kriti wrote, "One of the bestest, most fun and memorable schedules i have had so far.. Time just flew and we ended up making a film in between the echoing laughters, gaming sessions and neverending lunches and dinners as we all became one family! It was surely the saddest Goodbye from the beautiful Suryagarh Palace.. but we shall meet again soon."

She further confirmed that the film will have a theatrical release. This Farhad Samji directorial venture will hit the screens on Republic Day 2022.
