After filing case against the English magazine Maxim for publishing a Âimmodest photograph of hers, actress Kushboo on Wednesday sent legal notices to the publication seeking a compensation for Rs three crore.
Stating that she doesn't want any apology from them, she said a compensation of Rs three crore has been sought from them within three weeks. 'I am not willing to take any apology. Damage has been done to me,' she said.
If the magazine failed to respond within the stipulated period, then she would sue the magazine for defamation
