Ajith 55 is a yet to be titled Gautham Menon movie starring Ajith Anushka, Trisha and Arun Vijay. The climax scenes of this film are currently being shot in a grand set in Hyderabad. On the other hand, there have been rumours as to who would be paired up with Ajith in his movie after Ajith 55.

In the begining, the rumours said that it would be Vidya Balan, but sources say otherwise. The latest is that Hansika will be the one starring with Ajith in the next film. Hansika is the one starring in Vijay's next film too. As she has signed up for films with the top two actors in Kollywood at the same time, the market for her has reached its peak. Not just that, but she also has Vishal's Aambala, Jeyam Ravi's Romeo Juliet, Arya's Megaman, Simbu's Vaalu, Vettai Mannan, Udayanidhi's Idayam Murali in her line up of films.
