Why 'Yennai Arindhal' postponed?

Last minute delay in post-production works and non-availability of adequate number of theatres are said to be the reasons behind delay in the release of Ajith's 'Yennai Arindhal'.

Hours after the movie's trailer and songs were released on New Year's day, it was announced that the film would hit the screens on January 29, instead of the originally planned date of January 15.

When probed, sources said that post production works are yet to complete. Also, there appears to be difficulty in getting enough number of screens, due to the release of Shankar's Vikram starrer 'I'.
