'Yennai Arindhaal' in two versions

With the minutes counting down to one of the biggest releases of the year, it is 'Yennai Arindhaal' fever everywhere. The Ajith starrer has been a highly-anticipated film among film buffs for a while now with the the teaser, trailer and songs stirring great curiosity. Now, in an exclusive with IndiaGlitz, director Gautham Menon has explained on the run-time of 'Yennai Arindhaal'.

Speaking to us, Gautham revealed that the film was always going to be a 2 hours 46 mins film with 3 mins of before-credits and 3 mins of after-credits. However, he did let out that the film that was sent to the censor board had a 3 hours and 8 mins run-time and that the version covered almost all elements in an appropriate manner.

Describing the film as the 'Journey of a man', Gautham revealed that the Extended Version for the fans could hit limited theatres after 3-4 weeks if the film performs well. This Extended Version would have few shows not affecting the normal version of the movie. Gautham also revealed that the film's DVD will be the 3 hours and 8 mins Extended Version.
