The recent spell of rains seems to have spared none. A Tamil film crew was one of its victims.
The cast and crew of the movie Madhu were caught stranded for several hours in the car on the Ooty-Mysore highway following unprecedented heavy rains on the highway which disrupted traffic movement.
Madhu starring Githan fame Ramesh and Priyamani was shot on the Ooty-Mysore Highway.
When the shooting was on, a sudden downpour forced them to pack their bags. When they started to return, traffic snarls and road blockade due to bad weather forced the crew to stay put in their cars.
Finally police rushed to the spot to clear the traffic and ensure that the traffic started to flow smoothly.
