Naan Avanillai starring Jeevan, Sneha, Namitha, Jothirmayi, Malavika and Keerti Chawla, is directed by Selvaa. The shooting of this film has been progressing steadily at various scenic locales across the country and abroad.

When the climax scenes taking place in court premises were canned in Chennai, the director expected a lot of commotions to arise not only because it was a combination of all the artistes, but also due to the location being North Chennai, which is dominated by slums.

Fortunately and most unexpectedly, the artistes and also the public extended their complete cooperation and the shooting went on without any snag. The hero and heroines were provided with caravans so that they could rest in between the shots and shield themselves from the prying public eye.

Yet, they were swarmed by the fans but in an absolutely indisputable way. The fans were silent and orderly and took autographs from the artistes in a pleasant manner. Majority of the crowd consisted of the students of a Medical College that was located near the shooting spot. There was what you would call pin drop silence at the shooting spot, except the director’s commands like start and cut and the dialogues rendered by the artistes!

The cooperation from the public impressed each and every person in the unit for the scenes canned there are said to have come out well.

There is more on this film coming up.
