Music maestro Illayaraja’s latest Kannada film scorings in ‘Prem Kahani’ audio was released at Le Meredian Hotel on last Thursday in the presence of technical team, artists and producers of the film. Power star Puneeth Rajakumar and actress Pooja Gandhi took part in the audio release function.

The doubly confident director R Chandru expressed that he has done 25 weeks running Kannada film and feels happy for the wonderful media support extended to his film.

Producer KM Vishwanath with his mother Smt.Parvathi Rudraiah on stage disclosed that it has been his 28 years dream to producer a film and that too in the music direction of maestro Ilayaraja. Actor Ajay thanked his fortunes and director R Chandru for giving ‘Punar Janma’ for him from ‘Taj Mahal’ Kannada film. I am extremely happy because I am the lead in the music direction of maestro Illayaraja said Ajay. Actress Sheela of ‘Prem Kahani’ expressed her happiness and honor to work in a Kannada film.

The joint producer Ravikumar, Executive Producer Bhimanna Gowda, producer designer Prathiba and Thomas D Souza were also on the dais.

There are nine songs in the attractively designed audio album – Kalyan, Nagndra Prasad, Kaviraj have penned the songs. The maestro has sung two songs in the Kannada film ‘Prem Kahani’. Shreya Goshal, Megha Pande, Tippu, Rahul Parthasarathi, Sadhana Sargam have sung the songs. Ashwini Audio has released the Kannada film ‘Prem Kahani…a Pukka Love story’ film album to the market.
