Life turned upside down for police officer Sena, when his daughter is kidnapped by an unidentified bunch of criminals. It all happens over the broad daylight in Kerala. It’s more awful for the father to know that his daughter would be soon dumped into dark world of flesh trade. With no clues left in his hands, Sena has to undertake a journey into the most godforsaken areas. In fact, he would face the most unexpected nightmarish things he wouldn’t have even dreamt of... This is the plot of director Punch Bharath’s ‘Indirasena’.

A stunt choreographer growing as a filmmaker has been an off-the-wall situation in Tamil Film Industry. ‘Punch Bharathi’ with an experience of 23 years as an action choreographer, is debuting as a director for Baba Cine Combines.

Thamizharasan takes on the role of the father and Dr. Srinivasan essays a role with dark shades. While Santhanam takes care of the comedy quotient, Babu Sivan, ‘Nizhalgal’ Ravi, Yuvarani, Sundar, Ananda Raj and Vijayakumar appear in other important roles.

National Award Winner Tashi scores music for the film and he remixes MGR’s evergreen song ‘Naan Parthadhile’ from ‘Anbe Vaa’. Kannada Film Industry’s most proficient cinematographer Jai Singh Raja is cranking the camera.

The film has started rolling and will be completed within 40 days of schedule and will hit screens for Valentine Day – February 14, 2010.

Director Punch Bharathi assures ‘Indirasena’ will be a great treat for all kinda audience.
