Before she got out of the Dhoni link-up controversy, Lakshmi Rai got into a fresh one about her relationship with her personal trainer Prashanth.

The actress clarified several times that she is just good friend of Dhoni. And now she clears the air with a press note and rubbished the news regarding her relationship with Prashanth.

The ravishing actress clarified that she had only hired Prashanth as her instructor. “I have signed-up to act in a Hindi film that requires me to reduce a great deal of my weight in two months. Moreover I have a tight schedule as I am committed with ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’, Naan Avan Illai-2’ and a film with Mohan Lal. As it’s becoming impossible for me to hit the gym regularly, I’m taking my instructor with me wherever I go to follow a strict exercise regime,” explained the actress.

Lakshmi has also requested the media to refrain from using such news as it will affect the personal life of Prashanth who is planning to get engaged.
