Producer Lakshman has earlier produced ‘Kalvanin Kadhali’ with S.J.Suryah and Nayantara in the lead. Now Lakshman is producing ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ and is trying his luck as a hero and director. And the girl he will be romancing with is a Bangalore based model Shalini.

The film’s first schedule shooting was happening in the Azhiyar Dam forest area near Pollachi recently. Unexpectedly, the whole team was shaken when 4 elephants barged into the shooting area. The scared team had to abandon the shooting equipments and run for life. Following that the forest officials came to the spot, struggled with those elephants for about four hours and chased them back into the forest.

Late the visibly shaken, ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ team packed their stuffs from Azhiyar and reached the safe and beautiful Udumalai forest area.
