As Ajith's 'Mankatha' is gearing for release in August, he seems to be toying with the ideas of who to work next with, after 'Billa 2' of course. There are reports doing the rounds in K'town that Ajith has been quite impressed with new comer Thiyagarajan Kumararaja and his debut venture 'Aaranya Kandam'

The film has won excellent reviews from critics within and outside the state as well as the country despite facing hiccups in between.

It looks like Kumararaja met with Ajith and is believed to have heard a script that Kumararaja narrated. Ajith is also reported to have expressed his liking for the script, however, he hasn't yet given his nod.

While few claim that it was director Venkat Prabhu who was elemental in Kumararaja meeting with Ajith, Venkat Prabhu clarified it as rumours to his tweet pals, by mentioning, "No I didn't arrange any meeting between kumaraja and our Thala!! May be they met!! I dunno!! Kumar never cane to our sets!!"

Kumararaja is a director who has carved a niche for himself right with his debut venture. If Ajith and Kumararaja get together the product must sure be interesting, but we'll have to wait to know more, and if, Ajith gives his nod to the script.
