As we had earlier reported, Arun Vijay, who was on a heroine hunt for his forthcoming film 'Thadayara Thakka' following the alleged unceremonious walkout of Bollywood girl Prachi Desai from the project, has found a perfect pair in Mamta Mohandas.

As per the new arrangement, the 'Sivapadhikaram' and 'Guru En Aalu' actress will be the leading lady of the action adventure produced by Feather Touch Entertainment and directed by Magizh Thirumeni of 'Mundhinam Partheney' fame.

Says Arun Vijay, "Mamta Mohandas fits well the role and we are happy to have her on board. I am sure that our on-screen chemistry will rock. The film is back on floors now and is taking shape on a fast track."

On her part, the actress, who is busy with projects in Tollywood and Mollywood, says, "I was waiting for one such offer from Kollywood. It is a good role and I am happy to be part of a young and energetic team."
