We recently heard that the comedian Vadivelu is coming back with a bang to Kollywood. The rumours said that he will be acting as a hero in this comeback film.

A source close to Vadivelu said, "The film is titled Thenali Raman. He will be playing a double role in it. He will be essaying the role of Krishnadevarayar and Thenali Raman in the film. He is very excited about both the roles. It will be a period film like Pulikesi. The actor is currently gearing for the double role and he is looking forward to it."

The director of this film, Yuvaraj, added proof of rumour being true by saying, " The film is a historical comedy and Vadivelu will be playing the lead. The film will be produced by noted producer Kalpathi S Aghoram. After my first film, I was working on the script of this film and had mentioned it to my friends in the industry. Vadivelu had heard about it and we met and discussed the story."
