Harris Jeyaraj cruised the high seas when he composed for Jiiva's upcoming 'Yaan', and the team is delighted that all songs have come out well. The team has shot a wedding song and breezy friendship song in Mumbai; the latter has been penned down by late lyricist Vaalee and talks about friendship and looking at complications in a lighter vein. Speaking to the media, producer Elred Kumar said "There are five songs in all in the album, and Harris has done a beautiful job. I am happy to announce that we will launch the album in the first week of December." It is worth mentioning that the sound mixing for the album is taken care of by the Oscar winning sound designer, Resul Pookutty. We hear that plans and preparations for the audio launch have already started rolling, as there is a buzz that says that 'Yaan' audio release will be a magnificent and grand affair, which is said be more striking than that of 'Neethaane En Ponvasantham'.

Meanwhile, the crew will be flying to Morocco this week, to can the remaining songs and a few other sequences in the foreign exotics. Starring Jiiva and Thulasi in the lead, and Nassar, Jayaprakash, Thambi Ramaiah and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles 'Yaan' is directed by cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, canned by Manush Nandan and edited by Sreekar Prasad. Rolled out by RS Infotainment, the film will be shot in a number of bustling locations in India and a few alluring places abroad. The crew is optimistic about wrapping up all the shooting before their audio release.
