STR is well known for his multi talented nature and he has proven the same once again by winning the best singer award at SIIMA, 2014 for his Telugu song Diamond Girl` in Baadshah`. Upon receiving the award the Loosu Penne` singer thanked Thaman & NTR for giving him an opportunity to croon the song.

He adds that it is absolutely wonderful to receive an award in front of Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Simbu is a self proclaimed Ajith fan and he opened about his admiration towards Pawan Kalyan and left the stage hoping that he would render his voice for him in the future. He went on to entertain the crowd by singing the song on stage.
