First it was Kamal Hassan. Now it is the turn of S J Suryah.

Director S J Suryah whose BF has come into attack by Tamil Pathugappu Iyyakam for its title, has reposed his faith in Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.

He said "I don't mind any hassles for my movie. For, thanks to the support being extended by the Chief Minister to the Tamil filmdom, everything will be fine."

But the worry remains about whether Suryah's film will relapse into obscenity much as his New had.

Suryah is, however adamant, it will not be the case.

"I once again assure that my BF would not have any obscene contents as it is about a boy and girl, who are Best Friends (BF). It's paining when a section of people without knowing the contents of the movie are up against in protest".

"The liberty of an artiste is stifled by these groups in the name of saving Tamil. I have respect for my language and would never venture to decry it or its culture".

Though his defence is acceptable, What to do, it's the sign of the times.
