The swearing in ceremony of Selvi J. Jayalalitha as Chief Minister for the fifth time took place at 11am today and the bigwigs of the Tamil film industry were in attendance apart from political leaders of various parties, religious leaders, judges and other dignitaries.

Superstar Rajinikanth, Sivakumar, Prabhu, Arjun, Karthi, Vikram Prabhu, Illayaraja, Ramarajan, Anandaraj, Sachu, P. Susheela, Venniradai Nirmala, Anitha Kuppuswamy along with the chief of the Tamil Film Producer`s Council Dhanu and the Nadigar Sangam President Sarathkumar participated.
