Sunil Kumar, who made his debut in director Jayaraj's blockbuster Malayalam movie 4 The People, is foraying into Kollywood.

Sunil, who played a honest cop in the film, won acclaims for his role and had offers pouring into his kitty in Malluwood.

He is also cast as hero in Jeyaraj's next Malayalam movie By The people.

Meanwhile, Sunil Kumar has been roped in to play the hero in a Tamil movie titled Chithiram Pesuthadi to be directed by a debutant.

The movie went to floors at a grand function held in Chennai Monday.

Mallu heroes are suddenly in favor in Tamil.

Sunil and Prithviraj (who acted in Kana Kanden) are good examples of that.
