Pooja, the up and coming actress in Tamil, is now foraying to Malayalam. The actress who made her debut in JJ opposite Madhavan and acted in many big movies including Attakasam, Ullam Ketkumae and Githan, also went on to play the lead role in a Sinhalese movie.
Currently acting opposite Prashanth in Thagappansamy, Pooja has been cast to play opposite Dileep in a Malayalam movie.
The movie which is yet to be titled will go to floors this September and would be released for the Christmas.
When girls from Malluwood are making a splash in Tamil, it's now the turn of girls from Kollywood to try their luck there.
The likes of Sharmili (Meenakshi in Malayalam), Chaya Singh and Pooja are trying to leave a mark in Malluwood now.
