Noted Malayalam director Lokitha Dass has almost completed his debut Tamil venture Kasthoori Maan starring his protege Meera Jasmine and Five Star fame Prasanna in the cast.

Speaking about the movie, the director says, 'the movie will not have any artificial elements stuffed in it. It would reflect the events that we witness in our daily life.'

'Quite typical to my style in Malayalam filmdom, I have introduced a host of new comers in Kasthoori Maan including a stage play artiste Subaguna Rajan from Madurai.'

Asked whether he would continue to direct in Tamil, Lohitha Dass says, 'why not? I am all set to begin my next soon. It would star a prominent actor in Tamil film industry. The movie will hit the floors in a couple of months'.
