Time, they say, is a great teacher. It teaches you patience and perseverance. It is good that Shaam has learnt that pretty early in his career itself.

After the initial stutter in his stride, he now seems to be on his own now. The decent run of Ullam Ketkumae has brought cheers to him.

The actor, who awaits the release of director Saravana Subbiah's ABCD with hopes, has accepted to play the lead role in a movie titled Manadodu Mazhaikalam to be directed by Arpudan.

A campus love story being produced by Anthony hit the floors on Monday.

Speaking about the film, director Arpudan, who directed the film Arputham starring Lawrence for Super Goods Films before, says, 'I plumped for a college subject with a view to giving freshness and realism in a world so different from what one envisages.'

A new face Nitya Das acts opposite Shaam, while the rest of the crew will be finalized soon.

Karthik Raja will be scoring the music.

Shaam is also getting other offers too. So the time now is to choose.
