However after almost a couple of years, the actor is making a big comeback playing a negative role in the Tamil remake of Malayalam hit Bharath Chandran IPS. Besides, the actor is also hosting a game show in a television channel.

Now, Karthik is gearing up for a new role.

According to him, he would be producing and directing a movie besides penning the screenplay and dialogues. ‘The movie would reflect my 25 years of experience in Tamil filmdom'.
