Suriya: The award now motivates me to give my best in my forthcoming movies. I feel greatly honored now. All my thanks to the State government. I assure to continue the good show in my forthcoming films.

Jyothika: Two awards from State government within a week. I am feeling at the top of the world now. I am breathless in joy now.

Sneha: The award is just the beginning. I will not stop until I win the National Award for the best actress. Last year was a bad year for me as I had to witness several controversies. With Kalaimamani, 2006 has begun on a good note. I will choose my films with utmost caution and do justice to them. Thanks to the State government for bestowing the honor upon me.

Vadivelu: I bow with respect before Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa who has chosen me for the award. It delights me and gives me motivation to achieve more.

K S Ravikumar: On the day of my mother's birthday, I have been selected for Kalaimamani award. It gives me double joy. What else but sincere thanks to the State government for this honor.
