No break in Maddy-Mani team

Rumours were abuzz that Madhavan had opted out of his mentor Manirathinam's Guru. Grapevine had it that he had been replaced by veteran actor Raj Babbar's son Arya Babbar in the movie.

When contacted, Madhavan denied all reports as baseless. 'There is not even an iota of truth in them'.

Going further. Maddy says, ' I should be fortunate to be part of Manirathinam's movie. The opportunity comes very rare in a actor's life. I don't want to miss it'.

Madhavan is currently shooting for Guru in Chennai.

Meanwhile, his next Tamil venture Arya directed by Balasekaran is nearing completion and would grace the theatres this July.
