Though Surya could not take up the lead role in director Bala's directorial venture Naan Kadavul, it looks more certain that he would be part of his next production venture.

Surya, who is now giving the final touches to his Jillendru Oru Kadhal has reportedly accepted to play the lead role in Bala's B Studios next venture.

Director Vishnuvardhan, one of the most sought-after directors in Kollywood, is tipped to direct the film.

Unlike his earlier ventures Arindhum Ariyamalum and Pattiyal, his forthcoming film is expected to be a romantic entertainer.

Bala, who was impressed with the storyline and script, has gone ahead to produce the film. Meanwhile Bala's Naan Kadavul featuring Arya in the lead role will hit the floors on 15 August.
