A R Rahman has appreciated his nephew and the up-and-coming- music composer G V Prakash for coming up with catchy tunes in Kireedam.

Rahman, who set a new trend in Indian film history and has been riding high since Roja, said, “Prakash has got flair for good music. His music is interesting and is sure to go and rock people in the coming days’.

Prakash's songs in Veyyil, Oram Po and Kireedam have been topping the audio charts and he is receiving accolades from all quarters.
