Trisha is among a few actors, who make smart investments. The leading actress of south India is investing her money in prudent ways. She has built a massive bungalow in Nandanam, one of the prime areas in Chennai. Now she has bought a big house in Hyderabad.

Meanwhile she has also bought 50 acres of land with an idea of building a farm house in the land.

The girl, who is said to be nearing one crore remuneration mark, is also making huge money through modeling as well. She is now busy with many projects in Tamil and Telugu till the end of June of 2008.

The smart actor must be a happier person with her much awaited movie Bheemaa is confirmed to be released by Pongal.
