The story of ‘Pirivom Sandhippom’ was received well by the readers. We are not talking about the film ‘Pirivom Sandhippom’, directed by Karu. Pazhaniappan. It is about the novel written by veteran writer Sujatha, which was published as a serial in Ananda Vikatan weekly magazine a few years back.

The poignant novel that deals with finer elements of human life and relationships is now being made as a film. Gandhi Krishna directs the film, while Sujatha himself pens the dialogues.

Newcomer Siddharth is being introduced as the hero of the movie, produced by Oscar Films. Since Vishal, introduced by Gandhi Krishna in ‘Chellame’, went on to become a big hero, Gandhi’s introduction of Siddharth is greeted with optimism. Tamanna, who has got a new lease of life after ‘Kalloori’, is acting as his pair.

By the way, the director has changed the title as ‘Aananda Thandavam’, since Karu. Pazhaniappan has taken the title of the novel for his film.

‘Aananda Thandavam’ team has left for New York for the shooting. Earlier, the shooting took place in the picturesque locales of Ooty, Courtallam, Ambasamudram, and Papanasam.

The movie might be released during Tamil New Year’s Day.
